Notice is hereby given to all holders of EUR 25,000,000 Class B Capitalisable Interest Secured Floating Rate Credit-Linked Notes due 2011 that, pursuant to Condition 8(d)(ii) of the Notes, Balthazar CSO I B.V. will, on 23 April 2007, redeem all of the Senior Notes at their principal amount plus interest accrued and unpaid thereon and all of the Subordinated Notes and the Combination Notes, in accordance with the Trust Deed.
